Your role

As a (Senior System Engineer) your main responsibilities will involve:

l   To manage and support business systems to make sure business running smoothly.

l   To enhance network environment and manage network devices to make sure all of the connection are running smoothly.   

l   To support Help desk to resolve the request from users.

l   To plan the yearly budget and support the IT asset management operation. 

l   To plan and carry out the yearly initiatives from local and group.

l   To provide information security suggestions and carry out the improvement plan.

l   To provide capacity and availability assessment for managed devices.

Your Skills and Experience 

As a (Senior System Engineer) your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

l   Familiar with network administration and trouble shooting.

l   Knowledge of Windows AD management.

l   Familiar with CISCO devices management.

l   Familiar with information security related knowledge.

l   Good understanding of VDI and Virtualization

l   Good understanding of Citrix

l   Able to demonstrate significant network Infrastructure management capability

l   Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

l   Ability to work unsupervised & as member of wider team

l   Good , analytical and incident solving skills

l   Ability to communicate effectively with all customers at all levels

l   Basic Project Management Methodologies

l   Results & Quality focused

l   SLA & Process driven

l   Strong Customer service focus

l   High level of Interpersonal skills

l   CCNP and MCSE certification highly desirable.

l   5 years business experience managing network and telephony environment.
