To provide and support a world class, front line, focused claims service that supports the achievement of departmental objectives by placing customers at the centre of all we do, working within a multi skilled High Net Worth environment.
Promptly handles and positively resolves all enquiries from customers, Brokers and external contacts by taking ownership and being accountable to ensure delivery of a focused world class claims service.
Reviews, resolves and proactively finalises claims within authority limits ensuring settlement at an optimum level with consideration to business implications.
Maximise productivity and profitability within the team.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
Supervisory responsibilities on an ad hoc basis as required.
Your skills and experience:
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Ability to work in a team/team player.
Technical knowledge of products and services.
Understand legislation and legal liability.
Understand industry standards and protocol.
Ideally attained Cert CII qualification or progress towards it.
Knowledge of claims agreements.
Interpretation of policy cover.
Cope with varying workloads and pressures.
Good & effective negotiation skills.
Ability to coach; motivate & develop where appropriate.
