Our opportunity 

 

Implementation and continuous improvement of the Gen AI platform. Support deployment of Gen AI solutions and reusable services that addresses specific business problems in insurance.

 

Your role 

 

As an AI Platform Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI platforms and infrastructure.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of AI systems.
  • Integrate AI models and solutions into existing systems and workflows.
  • Automate deployment pipelines for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
  • Optimize the performance and scalability of AI models and platforms.
  • Implement monitoring and logging for AI systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Ensure AI platforms and solutions comply with security and data privacy regulations.
  • Implement and maintain best practices for data protection and cybersecurity.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and platforms.
  • Conduct research to improve AI platform capabilities and performance.

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a AI Platform Engineer, your skills and experience will ideally include:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in Azure cloud engineering or AWS (Mix of both preferred)
  • Preferred previous experience working with AI Platforms built on AWS or Azure.
  • Have a code-first/automate-everything attitude
  • Experience of managing and setting up public/private cloud technologies on Azure in a large-scale enterprise environment. 
  • Relevant degree or diploma programme of study. 
  • Preferred experience with Terraform
  • Preferred experience writing code in at least one of the following languages: Java, .NET, Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Go(lang), Rust. Python is preferred
  • Experience of working to DevOps principles and in an Agile environment. 
  • Familiarity with the Git or Devops version control platforms.
  • Troubleshooting experience in virtual/ cloud infrastructures 
  • Proven experience of working within supplier-led service delivery models 
  • Basic understanding or experience in MLOps. 
  • Preferred previous experience working with Azure Cognitive Services or AWS SageMaker
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
