Our opportunity


Application Support SME for PowerBI


This role is an ideal opportunity to learn and explore more features within Visualization tools such as PowerBI or PowerApps as well as create/increase the experience with  some other Business Intelligence tools such as Informatica PowerCenter or MSSQL. SME’s are ideally placed to develop a strong profile in the organization working with the technical support teams in IT. It is an opportunity to develop knowledge and expertise within IT delivery, SME’s gain exposure to both Service delivery and will learn about the ITIL model as well as project scoping and delivery utilizing the Zurich project delivery framework.



Your role


As Application Support SME, responsibilities will involve:


  • Maintain applications in scope of PowerBI, PowerApps (Incidents, Change requests, Service requests).
  • Support ITIL Processes reporting automation aligned with the organization strategy
  • Support and review the documentation of functional specifications
  • Act as liaison between the Business and IT, as assigned
  • Support the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues



Your Skills and Experience


As Application Support SME for PowerBI, your skills and experience will ideally include:


  • Knowledge on PowerBI and PowerApps is mandatory and requited
  • Additional experience on MSSQL on Azure or Azure pipelines is very beneficial
  • Additional experience on SAP BW4HANA or SAC will be beneficial
  • Knowledge on Informatica Powercenter, SQL and SSIS is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of ITIL processes – Incident and Request Management, Change Management
  • Any other reporting experience is a bonus
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment, flexibility and ability to learn
  • Good English and communication skills
