Your role

As our Capability Building Intern, you will have the chance to: 

• Apply your Business Analysis skills across the Capability Building team: Collaborate on projects and analyze data to provide insights that enhance our learning programs.
• Design & Implement Learning Solutions: Create and implement captivating learning content and programs.
• Create Video Content: Help us create dynamic video content that brings our training to life.
• Drive Adoption: Learn how to promote and support the adoption of our learning & development solutions.
• Support Training Events: Help facilitate training events and gain firsthand experience in the exciting world of event management.

 Your Skills and Experience

We would like to give this opportunity to somebody who is:

• Skilled in Business Analysis: Ability to analyze data and collaborate on projects
• Knowledgeable in Content Creation and Design Skills:
• Utilizes Effective Communication to promote new initiatives and engage with stakeholders.
• Active student status with Spanish University/School is mandatory 
• University student interested in developing career in tech field 
• Looking for at least 9 months part-time/internship program  
• Has a tech-savvy approach
• An enthusiastic, capable, curious person craving to learn 
• A good team player with responsible and can-do attitude 
• Able to use English for daily communication with colleagues and managers from abroad
