HR Technology Project Manager

Our opportunity
HR Technology Project Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for the operational management of small to complex projects in the HR Technology Space, from inception through delivery, reporting and transition to operations.


You will also be responsible to create and maintain an overview of all projects within the HR Technology portfolio, monitor the progress of each project and provide updates to the department leaders, as well as participate in the development of the mid-term strategy of the area.
 

The core of the role will require the ability to work closely with various BU’s, Functions and external Vendors to influence behaviors, project adoption, delivery and support.


Your role

As a HR Technology Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with various business partners/project stakeholders as well as IT Services and Global functions.

• Understand internal and external customers objectives to define the appropriate engagement model and prepare the implementation proposal.

• Manage end-to-end solution delivery from idea formulation to hand-over to operations.

• Provide full transparency regarding the project execution in terms of budget, timelines, scope, resources, quality status

• Contribute to the project governance process for technical, infrastructure and integration matters with the objective to maximize solutions delivery, quality and project execution
• Drive stakeholder management and to quickly establish strong professional relationships

• Effectively operate within a global function, local BU or external Vendor presenting persuasive arguments to influence decision making processes.
• Maintain and update regularly a roadmap with an overview of all projects within the HR Technology Space



Your Skills and Experience

As a HR Technology Project Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, or equivalent

• 4-5 Years of experience as a Project Manager working on small to medium sized projects related to HR Technology (ideally HR Systems implementations, with preference for SAP HR and/or SucessFactors knowledge)

• Solid understanding of HR processes in a multinational environment

• The role holder must have an advanced English.

KNOWLEDGE:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent.
• Preferred - Experience working with Agile methodologies

• Preferred - Experience participating in a technology global rollout
