IPZ Wording Operations Financial Lines

At this point you might be asking yourself: Paula, how will be my day to day wearing the blue sweater?  I asked that question too.

We are looking for our new IPZ Wordings Operations role to work with the Global Financial Lines Team within the CI Central Underwriting Team. You will be closely working with the Corporate Center teams, Receiving and Producing Zurich Countries (RC & PC).

Your day to day will be the following:

Wording Library and Roll out

• Establish and maintain the global wording / endorsement library for Financial Lines Products
• Assist in the development and maintenance of template/ clauses from which the policy document can be drafted
• Plan and facilitate new wording roll outs as well as upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwriting
• Manage & communicate process changes to the stakeholders in the network and collect feedback about product and process improvements
• Organize & provide support with trainings as needed

Digitalization & Performance

• Work closely with wording digitalization project team
• Reflect any product / process changes in the required internal systems / tools (wording digitalization, MIA, NEO, IPS, etc.) 
• Participate and assist with UAT
• Analyze current capabilities, portfolio landscape
• Run and analyze various reports as needed

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• Insurance or legal background (is preferable but not essential.)
• Previous experience working in multinational projects (an asset)
• High education diploma (Bachelor or Master`s degree) in Business Administration, International Business, Law or equivalent
• Well organized with attention to details
• Effective communicator – both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in working closely with colleagues from across many countries and various areas of the business.
• Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage)
