BI & Analytics TechOps Leader

Our opportunity

 

In this role you have a unique opportunity to join the BI & Analytics Platform Management team leading the TechOps initiatives for existing operations while designing and establishing the future landscape and capabilities.
This role has a privileged cross-technology position, allowing to oversee and gain exposure over multiple technologies as well as their adoption during project phases. 

 

Your role

 

As a BI & Analytics TechOps Leader your main responsibilities will involve

 

  • Coordinate technical activities across BI and Analytics platforms
  • Oversee and promote the technical strategy, including exploration of new market trends
  • Facilitate the adoption of new technologies by coordinating the activities between project and various technical teams (eg: migration to cloud native tools)
  • Convert technical ideas into Analytical products to be consumed by the rest of Organization
  • Represent Platform Management within boards and project committees evaluating and advising architectures and solutions
  • Driving the definition of the platform management requirements, ramping up the required resources and evaluating operational readiness for projects and releases 

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a BI & Analytics TechOps Leader your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • University level education or equivalent 
    Service Management certification (e.g. ITIL) preferred 
    Over 10 years of relevant BI&Analytics experience, with strong technical background 
  • Solid experience as Infrastructure architecture and/or administration on large scale platforms
  • Public Cloud experience in Enterprise grade environment
  • Proficiency on Network topology and performance analysis in context 
  • Proven ability to deal with deep technical topics as well as reporting them to non-technical counterparts
  • Effective communication, presentation and relationship management skills at different levels and in a multicultural environment 
  • Ability to work effectively in a global organization, under time pressure and to manage ambiguity 
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
