Your role


As a Scrum Master your main responsibilities will involve


Key Accountabilities


  • Supporting 2 scrum teams (API Platform and Microservice platform)
  • Remove any impediments
  • Administrative (request accesses, request firewalls, requesting network changes, requesting patching)
    • Ensure that any dependencies between teams are removed on short notice
    • Support team with any blocked tickets
  • Ensure the definition of done is reached
  • Align work with other teams
  • Implement necessary tools/scripts to speed


Additional Job Functions

  • Deep understanding of the Scrum Framework and principles of agility
  • Focus on continuous learning regarding Agile, Scrum, coaching, facilitation, emotional intelligence, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand requirements and translate to technical actions and stories to manage sprints, efforts, and initiatives.
  • Experience managing projects with cross functional disciplines with internal & external members.
  • Ability to prioritize and work autonomously and with team to ensure project vision and schedule align and is well communicated.
  • Exposure to change management, production maintenance, metrics tracking, and triage process preferred.
  • Strong ability to communicate business requirements and technical plans to technical & non-technical team members and stakeholders at all levels of organization.
  • Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Jira/Confluence
  • Practiced Waterfall and Agile software delivery practices and expectations.



Your Skills and Experience


As a Scrum Master your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


  • 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master
  • 3+ years of experience with SAFe or within a Process Improvement Framework
  • Passionate about technology, solution-oriented and hands-on 
  • Team spirit and focus on high quality service 
  • Fluent in English
  • Analytical Thinking - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Business Acumen - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Quality Management - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Products and Services - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Application Design, Architecture - Proficiency Level Advanced
  • Application Development Tools - Proficiency Level Intermediate
  • Application Landscape Knowledge - Proficiency Level Intermediate
  • Application Testing - Proficiency Level Intermediate
  • Business Process Modeling - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Configuration Management - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Emerging Technologies - Proficiency Level Basic
  • IT Architecture - Proficiency Level Basic
  • Programming - Proficiency Level Advanced
  • Operational Functions - Proficiency Level Basic
