You will be working with stakeholders across Zurich and around the world, helping us raise the bar for the industry. This is a global role based in Spain.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  1. Coordinate between teams to ensure information completeness in order to issue Multinational policy across our network of 200+ territories.

 

  1. Act as the primary point of contact for underwriting and servicing teams globally. Ensure timely and accurate communication with all internal stakeholders regarding policy matters. 

 

  1. Prepare policy wording documents for sophisticated customer needs in Financial Lines, Property, Corporate Accident and Business Travel products.

 

  1. Maintain Multinational data in core global systems, so your team can make informed decisions with confidence, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible. 

 

  1. Maintain internal guidelines updated to reflect process and policy changes, ensuring the team’s operations align with the latest standards and best practices. 

 

  1. Actively support transformation initiatives. Identify opportunities, provide insights and recommendations to drive improvements that elevate team’s performance and service quality for overall success of the team. 

 

  1. Lead dedicated team of 6 professionals, promote a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, inspire teamwork and support your team's professional development by encouraging new challenges, building self-confidence, and contributing to long-term success.

 

 

Skills required

 

  1. Expertise in multinational insurance programs with a deep understanding of multinational customer needs and operations.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills. Inspire and develop a team, fostering continuous improvement and a positive, growth-oriented environment.
  3. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills to convey complex information effectively.
  4. Great problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and maintain high standards across all tasks.

  7. Passion for capturing opportunities, driving change, optimizing processes, and solving challenges.

 

Qualifications

 

  1. Experience in multinational insurance industry.  
  2. 3-5 years in operations management within a multinational company, particularly in underwriting or operations, is essential.
  3. Experience leading and managing teams.
  4. Experience handling multinational insurance operations.
  5. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a bonus.
  6. Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  7. Familiar with data analysis and reporting tools.
  8. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations or a similar field is a plus.
  10. Certifications in operations management, project management (e.g., PMP), or related fields are a plus.
