Your role 

As a SAP BW4HANA / SAC expert your main responsibilities will be:

• Build reports/dashboards in accordance with the user requirement and test/deliver as per the project plan.
• Provide estimates and contribute to defining timelines and project plans
• Support requirements gathering of the end-to-end solution development for SAP BW/4/HANA report development.
• Provide business expertise and best practice advise
• Provide subject matter advice in the development of BW/4HANA Deliverables.​
• Assist project team with draft of functional specifications for Standard SAP BW/4HANA data models and views.​

Your Skills and Experience  

As a SAP BW4HANA / SAC expert your skills and qualifications will ideally include: 

• Good understanding of HANA architecture, SAP BI/BW suite with 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience of working with BW models in HANA Studio such as Composite providers, Advanced DSOs, Open ODS views.
• 3+ years of experience of working with HANA DB calculation view
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance Data Model
• Experience with building BEx queries in SAP HANA studio using BW/4HANA Objects.
• Experience in design and develop end to end data flows for BW/HANA
• Experience with reporting tools – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with live and import connection, Analysis for Office (AFO)
• Good experience in performance tuning of long running queries/procedures
• Experience in ABAP programming skills and SQL Skills.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with developing SAP S4/HANA CDS Views.
• HANA Cloud – Business Application Studio developer
• Knowledge of SAP Data warehouse Cloud and BW Bridge
• SAC planning
• Java developer skills
