Test & Quality Assurance Trainee Program

We are seeking recent graduates, who are interested in developing their professional career in one of the world’s leading insurance groups through a personalized training and development program.


The “Quality Assurance and Testing”, Trainee Program offers you the experience to learn within an international environment providing the support in improving the existing standards of processes, systems, applications by introducing latest beneficial technologies/tools/methodologies with-in the department/group.


 Your role


In this 2-year trainee program, you will be part of the “Application Management” Team within Group Investment Management. In this role your main responsibilities will involve:


  • Support projects/BAU (business as usual) in “Test Management” and with a target to develop as “Junior Test Manager” role.
  • Support “Application Manager” in assessing latest available technologies/tool and with a target to develop as “Application Owner”.
  • Support “Test and Release Manager” to ensure that the system changes are performed as per the agreed controls/quality and with a target to develop as “SOX control owner”.
  • Support Authorization SME to ensure that the access of business-critical systems is managed without introducing any audit issues and with a target to become SME for authorization.
  • Generate KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on regular basis and publish those to relevant stakeholders


You will build relationships with:

  • Global and COE teams of IAA
  • Various teams of IT


Your Skills and Experience


As “Quality and Testing”, Trainee your skills and qualifications will ideally include:




  • Bachelor or Master´s degree in either Finance, Economics, Information Technology and/or quantitative fields such as Statistics and Math
  • Fluent in written and spoken English




  • Knowledge of any programing language
  • Understanding of database.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills




  • Understanding of financial products and financial markets will be nice to have
  • Awareness of SAP systems will be nice to have




  • Ability to work with multi-cultural project teams and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Creative thinking and intellectual curiosity
