Your role

 

As a Test Manager- Associate your main responsibilities will involve

 

  • Overall responsibility for all aspects related to Testing and Quality assurance of Projects and BAU initiatives within IAA (Investment Administration & Accounting).
  • Understand and estimate the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
  • Estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
  • Develop the test concept and testing strategy for the scope for testing with tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
  • Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all applicable processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
  • Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project with impact to end-to-end testing and to test plan.
  • Track, prepare and present the report of testing activities like UAT report, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines etc.
  • Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, Resources) to Project Manager / Sr. Test Manager.
  • Organize the status meetings and regularly send the status Reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Arrange the Hardware and software requirement for the Test Setup.
  • Assign task to all the Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work in the project.
  • Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
  • Ensure that SOX and audit requirements are fully met during Test Management activities
  • Deputies “Test and Release manager”
  • Contribute to maintain the “Test manager framework” up-to date and enforce the usage

 

You will build relationships with:

 

  • IAA users for Investment Applications related topics (SAP FSCM, BW, BI, Market Data solutions, Swift solutions & interfaces)
  • IAA – Multiple “Service Owners” and “Capability owners”
  • IAA – CRM, Risk and Compliance
  • IAA – Project delivery team
  • IAA-COEs (Accounting and Operation teams)
  • Group IT Teams
  • External IT suppliers (e.g., SAP, Bloomberg) and consulting companies

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As a Test Manager- Associate your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

 

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in computer science/Finance or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Test management is mandatory.
  • ISTQB or equivalent certification in Testing area is mandatory.
  • Strong Communication skills in written and spoken English are mandatory
  • Expert of HPALM/ JIRA or any other equivalent testing tool is mandatory
  • Having experience in Finance is an advantage.
  • Experience in test automation is nice to have.
  • Proven ability to lead and work with multi-cultural project teams and facilitating work shops
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural project teams and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Spanish language skills are a plus

 

Technical Skills:

 

  • HPALM scripting is highly desirable.
  • SAP FSCM knowledge is nice to have
  • MS Project, MS Office, and MS Access
  • Basic knowledge of programming language.

 

Technical Knowledge:

 

  • Strong knowledge about testing methodology is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge about software development life cycles
  • Knowledge about change management methodology is mandatory.
  • Strong Business Analyst skills (e.g., analytical skills, requirement engineering)
  • Basic knowledge about Finance and investment instruments is nice to have
  • Knowledge of IT-processes is required
  • Basic knowledge of SAP-FSCM is an advantage but not mandatory.
