In this network, the Underwriting Services Team is responsible for supporting the central Sales and Underwriting teams.

 

Your role

 

As an Underwriting Services Specialist, you will manage moderate to complex processes to consolidate and distribute the information received from our local insurance partners.

 

As an Underwriting Services Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve

  • Assisting the Underwriting team with collecting and validating renewal information
  • Assisting the Sales team in managing their portfolio renewal
  • Ensuring integrity and consistency of the data across all processes
  • Supporting the team with creating and updating reports and dashboards
  • Contributing to the automation efforts of the team with Microsoft Power Apps.

 

Your Skills and Experience

 

As an Underwriting Services Specialist, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Full proficiency in Microsoft PowerApps
  • High school diploma (or high school equivalency) and 2 years of work experience
  • Being a team player, who enjoys working in a dynamic and multi-cultural organisation
  • Being analytical, with problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and macros
  • Strong communication skills, with very good command of English and preferably another European language such as French, Spanish or Italian
