Job Summary
To undertake sales activities in the Business Unit ensuring the delivery of sales and marketing targets. Manage and develop the distribution partners and relationships to deliver growth and profit metrics.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities
-Manage and develop; new and or existing distribution partner; relationships.-Responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets set for distribution partners.-Build, develop and manage relationships; to promote the organization's propositions, and implement distributors' terms of business with the organization including negotiation, new offer and closures and terminations where required.-Monitor performance of assigned distributors against set expectations, identify performance gaps, define actions or make recommendations to the organization's leadership.-Investigate and assess unusual and-or complex distributor queries or service requests and determine an appropriate course of action.-Evaluate distribution relationships in order to drive strategy, maximum new business and retention.-Complete evaluation of panel in order to drive maximum penetration-profit.-Identify and deliver appropriate marketing, sales campaigns and initiatives across panel, tailoring marketing and sales campaigns for specific scenario.
