Casualty Claims Handler - (Part-Time, Job-Share and Full-Time)

Salary: £20,000 - £30,000 depending on previous casualty claims handling experience

The opportunity:  

 

If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to work within a busy and expanding Claims department in a city centre location with flexible working – then look no further. We are looking for individuals with Investigation or Negotiation skills to deliver an excellent Claims service to our customers.

 

We have several Claims Handler roles available within our Expert Casualty Claims department, handling commercial personal injury claims and working with our technical experts and panel solicitors to deliver excellent Customer outcomes.

 

What will you be doing? 

 

As Claims Handler you will own a portfolio of customers, make autonomous decisions and be encouraged to put forward your own ideas for improvement.

Skills required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong and proactive customer service skills
  • Effective Investigation / Negotiation skills
  • Experience within the Insurance industry beneficial
