Your role
As Lead Application Subject Matter Expert, your main responsibilities will involve:
- Coordination, support and leadership of the assigned team
- Implement Service Delivery framework for new customers/applications and act as IT Service Manager for actuarial teams
- Ensure IT meets Business and Service Requirements, including valid Service Level Agreements and Budgets
- Regular communication with key stakeholders
- Develop technical skills for solution integration, analyse system landscape and dataflows, and enforce Third-Party Solutions integration
- Conduct Service Reviews, monitor/report KPIs and SLAs, and ensure IT Governance & Compliance.
- Coordinate teams for IT solutions delivery, manage IT Stakeholders, and ensure availability of IT hardware/software/tools
- Communicate with clients to meet their needs, design projects to improve IT processes and systems, and maintain inventory of technological tools
Your Skills and Experience
As Lead Application Subject Matter Expert, your skills and experience will ideally include:
- 5+ years on similar position
- Proven experience as a Team Leader
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good communication and anticipation skills, to be able to delegate work to others and to enable them
- Experience and proven track record in managing Customer / Supplier Relationships (both sides).
- Experience in managing Software Development Lifecycle - Software Releases, Testing and Deployments General IT Affinity Understanding of
- Cloud-based Technologies and Offerings (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS) Cloud Integration Management and Technologies (Network/Firewall, Security (Authentication / Encryption), Resilience / Disaster Recovery
- Testing. Standard Applications (Office, Voice, Mobile, Mail)
- Basic Understanding of IT Project Delivery Methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum)
