  • financial management not limited to budget administration, reporting, intercompany recharges
  • organisation of education and training activities internally in Bratislava and externally for other Zurich entities
  • relationship management with leadership, stakeholders and compliance
  • employees access management (Sharepoint)
  • support team onboarding activities of department
  • administration support for the head and teams

Your Skills and Experience

As PMO, your skills and experience will ideally include:


  • Bachelor´s degree or higher education in Economics, Business administration or similar field
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Experience as a PMO or personal assistant is necessity
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point is advantage
  • Experience with MS Team and Sharepoint
  • Strong approach to get things done on time
  • Strong communication skills


Minimum salary offer for the position is 1000€ in gross plus other pay elements based on your experience.
