Pricing Reporting Analyst for EMEA team – General Insurance


Become a member of EMEA Pricing and Analytics Hub supporting EMEA Regional Pricing team and General Insurance Pricing teams across EMEA in various reporting and analytical activities.

As Pricing Reporting Analyst, you will produce insightful business performance data reports and dashboards for EMEA Regional Pricing team and you will drive changes to improve reporting and analytical tools.


Your role


As Pricing Reporting Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:


  • Production of regular MI reports; maintaining and updating them based on the request
  • Increasing efficiency of existing reports and analytical tools using VBA macros
  • Seeking opportunities for automation of the reporting processes, implementing RPAs if appropriate
  • Exploring and utilising new visualisation and programming tools (Power BI, R Shiny, etc.)
  • Creating and designing new dashboards and analytical tools to get more business insights and clearly communicating the findings
  • Sharing knowledge about visualisation tools within the team
  • Assisting in price monitoring and profitability analysis for defined segments of insurance business
  • Participating in special projects and ad-hoc analysis focused on building scalable solutions, optimisation, and automation of processes


Your Skills and Experience


As Pricing Reporting Analyst, your skills and experience will ideally include:


  • University education (Master's degree) in Financial mathematics, Actuarial science, Statistics, Quantitative methods, Computer Science or similar
  • The position is suitable for a fresh graduate and a person with up to 3 years of experience in Reporting
  • Technical experience in analytics, data management or Insurance industry is an advantage
  • English language –Upper intermediate (B2 or better), spoken and written
  • Interest in numbers, playing with data and developing insights for use in business decisions
  • Advanced Excel and VBA capabilities
  • Knowledge of programming languages is a plus (SAS, R, Python, SQL etc.)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and team player


Minimal salary offer is 1400EUR plus other pay elements based on your experience.
