Customer Care Consultant


The Opportunity


Join Zurich’s Life Insurance & Investments Division as a Customer Care Consultant and enjoy providing exceptional service to a range of policy holders.

The Role


In this diverse role, you will be responsible for the efficient creation and completion of client and adviser requests as well as the maintenance of existing Life Insurance policies. You will provide a positive customer experience through a range of customer care activities. Your primary responsibility will be the management of inbound calls from clients and advisers, providing general policy information, processing change requests, and assisting advisers in the maintenance of existing Life Insurance policies.

You will be a highly organised individual with a proven track record of providing exceptional client service. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a solution focused mindset. You thrive in an agile environment and enjoy being part of an engaging and supportive team.
