Java Developer (Claims)
#ZCC is currently hiring a:
Java Developer
Technical Skills:
- Hands on development experience in the below areas:
- Design and development of Java SOAP services.
- Design and development of REST API microservices.
- Design and development in EJB.
- Design and development in spring boot and hibernate framework.
- Design and development in java JDK 1.8, Java 11, Java 17 and Java 21.
- Experience in writing JUNIT test cases.
- DB2
- Experience in working agile scrum framework with teams in globally distributed locations.
- Familiar with DB2 database and has a good knowledge in writing SQL statements – INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE and SELECT statements with complex joins. Experience in other database with similar skills is also considered.
- Basic knowledge of UNIX shell scripting is desirable.
- Must have worked in an environment where the individual has not only part been of the development team but also provided support to the production support team for post implementation and operational issues.
Soft Skills:
- Good communication – both verbal as well as written in English language.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and design patterns.
- Must have worked in teams as a collaborative contributor.
- Problem solving attitude – provide solutions and at the seek for help/solution as needed.
