Your Activities will be:

• Lead the architecture and design of scalable, robust solutions to meet business requirements.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.

• Lead adoption and integration of AI tools and models (co-pilot style) capabilities for our Agents.

You need :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Advanced English communication skills (Mandatory)

• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, C#, or Python.

• Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, as well as database systems and cloud technologies

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex software systems.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate developers.
