Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (non-negotiable).
• Residing in the Netherlands or Belgium (non-negotiable).
• Young professionals with 0-2 years of work experience or those seeking a career change.

Program Highlights:

• Three separate rotation periods across Belgium and the Netherlands (BeNe), offering a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Insurance.
• A 16-month immersive program in various lines of business across BeNe.
• On-the-job mentoring and coaching.
• Opportunities to explore and develop your skills and talents.

• Program Start: September or October 2025 (depending on your availability).
