Senior Investment Administrator - Fund Support Team

The opportunity:

Join our Investment Services – Fund Support Team and play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and excellence of our unit-linked fund data. This is your chance to make a significant impact by producing and reviewing fund literature, supporting Zurich proposition teams with fund range additions, and participating in various business change and development activities as you grow with us.
Key responsibilities:
As part of the Fund Support Team, you will:
- Perform monthly/semi-annual unit-linked fund data reconciliation using multiple systems.
- Sign off on specific fund information included in client-facing literature.
- Produce monthly unit-linked fund factsheets and quarterly Corporate Scheme performance reports.
- Review new unit-linked funds against asset acceptance criteria and manage fund setup data.
- Contribute to various investment-related projects and business change initiatives.
- Address investment-related queries from internal and external customers within set SLAs.
- Manage relationships with third-party providers.
- Develop and document processes in line with Zurich's control environment.
- Conduct data reconciliation.
- Review market information.
- Assist in generating and distributing regular investment reports and performance metrics.
- Resolve ad-hoc investment-related queries.
Your skills and experience:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Investment knowledge (up to CISI Level 3 preferred).
- Team-oriented mindset.
- High accuracy, numeracy, and articulation.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to analyse large datasets.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
