Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

 

Operating within our award-winning Digital Marketing team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital marketing strategy and support various digital marketing initiatives across our social media platforms and campaigns.

 

Creation of engaging digital and social media content, collaborating with our external agency for idea generation, and utilizing new AI tools to produce video content. 

 

This role may be available part-time or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.  Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

 

Your Role

 

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:


•    Collaborate with colleagues, agencies and partners to brainstorm and execute digital campaigns and activities. 
•    
Support production of rich media including short, medium, long form video and podcasts for onsite content and social media. 
•    Utilize platform-based tools to create, produce, and edit engaging video ensuring conformity to brand and compliance guidelines.  
•    Identify opportunities from existing brand events, sponsorships, partnerships and CSR activities and promote these across social and digital channels. 
•    Ensure employee advocacy platform is dynamic with consistent content amplification. 
•    Analyse channel metrics and performance to optimise campaign strategy. 
•    Conduct research and insights on industry trends to inform digital and social media strategies. 
•    Create and maintain web content including meta data and tagging to optimise performance. 
•    Identify optimisation opportunities for improved customer experience to increase channel conversion.

 

Your Skills and Experience

Skills:

•    Minimum 3-5 years’ solid experience in a related role. 
•    A creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing. 
•    Excellent organizational skills, including strong time management skills, with a results-focused attitude. 
•    An ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as work collaboratively in a team environment. 
•    Experience with employee advocacy platforms and managing social media communities is an advantage.
•     Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
•    A portfolio of digital examples of your work would be preferrable.

 

Qualifications: 


•    Relevant third level degree and/or professional marketing or communications qualification.
•    Proficiency with social media business management tools and social video editing software. 
•    Familiarity with AI tools for video content creation is an advantage.
•     GA certified with relevant reporting experience.

 

Additional Information

Primary work location is Blackrock, Co.Dublin.
