Zurich Dublin Technology Center is looking for an Endpoint Vulnerability Analyst to assist with the Endpoint Vulnerability management processes implementation and subsequent running of the service and acting as a point of contact and assisting Business Units with their implementation of the necessary remediations.
 

Your Role

As an Endpoint Vulnerability Analyst your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

  • Monitoring Business Units vulnerability management progress
  • Reporting Business Units Vulnerability Management position
  • Providing advice to Business Units with related Vulnerability Management implementation issues
  • Support the assigned project manager in the execution of the Endpoint Vulnerability Management process optimization plan, providing expertise where needed, and owning actions, where assigned
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in the program and the business-as-usual processes
  • Analysing data for trends and bringing forward actionable insights
  • Creating guidance / instruction documents for Business Units to follow in their execution of Vulnerability Management tasks
  • Ensuring suppliers execution on the various remediation activities while tracking their progress
  • Engaging with various security teams for advice, guidance, and subject matter expert knowledge
  • Coordinating and managing the execution of (Workforce Experience) in-scope vulnerability remediations

Your Skills and Experience

As an Endpoint Vulnerability Analyst your skills and qualifications will include: 

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • IT Security or IT Operations experience an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, particularly written and verbal
  • Experience on using data to provide actionable insights
  • ITIL 4 foundation an advantage
  • Execution and results focused, being able to demonstrate a track record of consistent delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new situations & requirements
  • Self-driven personality and willing to learn new products and services
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Experience in collaborating with others to get the job done

Additional Information

Primary work location is Dublin. Position is Blackrock-based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations.
