Customer Services Consultant (Life / General Insurance)


Job Responsibilities

  • Provide professional services to our customers
  • Collaborate with other related business units
  • Recommend service improvements to the company
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks


Job Requirements

  • Interested in developing a career in insurance industry
  • Either with Customer Services experiences or Life/General Insurance knowledge
  • IIQE licenses added advantage but not a must (can complete after joining)
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin added advantage
