Accounting Assistant (Finance Operations)

Job Accountabilities

  • Handle daily insurance receipts and payments, commission settlement
  • Prepare journal vouchers for transaction booking in accounting ledger
  • Support month-end and year-end closing
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

 

Job Qualifications

  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related subjects
  • Experience in receipt and payment function is required, preferably in insurance industry
  • Ability of multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet tight deadline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Experience in AS400 and/or SAP is an advantage
