Accounting Officer (Finance Operations - Credit Control)

Job Accountabilities

• Provide accounting and administrative support to Finance - Credit Control function
• Responsible for reconciliations with brokers' and agents' settlements
• Work closely with both internal and external parties to follow-up long outstanding items
• Update and maintain the settlement record

Job Qualifications

• Associate Degree or above in business or accounting related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in credit control/account receivable in insurance industry
• Candidate with less experience will be offered with a 12-month based contract at the beginning
• Basic understanding in credit control is preferable
• Skills in PowerBI dashboard and data management will be an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices, especially Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is an advantage
