Business Analyst (Life Business Solutions)

Job Accountabilities

  • Support the Life Operations projects and ensure the assigned projects are completed timely
  • Work closely with users and IT teams to collect / deliver the user requirements and provide business analysis services in assigned projects
  • Prepare and maintain the documentations for assigned projects, including user requirements, project scope, test plan, etc.
  • Support and maintain Day 1 and Day 2 life product task lists and work with relevant parties to ensure the quality of deliverables 
  • Perform UAT including test cycle planning, test case creation and execution and prepare training materials, as well as conduct training to end users
  • Follow through the assigned projects to ensure that they are well-conceived and aligned with company directions
  • Responsible for project progress update and other required reports for management review

 

Job Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant Life Operations project experience
  • Familiar with Life products and Life Operations
  • Sound knowledge of policy servicing is preferable
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in a variety of PC software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
