Business Conversion Center Officer (General Insurance)
Job Summary
The role of a Business Conversion Center Officer is to support the daily service requests from individual agent channel via phone, instant messages etc. It includes extensive transactional tasks with our online portals and systems, responses to email enquiries etc.
Job Accountabilities
- Handle and follow up general email inquiries and phone calls from Individual Agents
- Provide support to other new service models, including but not limited to Instant messages, Ticketing system
- Issue policy & subsequent transactions according to the SLA (service agreement) with accuracy
- Perform ad hoc duties within the team as required
Job Qualifications
- Diploma in Insurance Studies or Certificate / Degree holder
- Preferably with 4 years working experience gained in insurance industry
- Familiar with a wide range of General Insurance products
- Insurance Professional Qualification is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure with high standard of accuracy
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Software
