Job Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services to business on compliance related matters and offer best practice solution.
- Assist and support the communication and delivery of regulatory requirements, group policies and procedures.
- Support the compliance monitoring program.
- Assist to handle regulatory and audit inquiries.
- Assist in compliance risk assessment activities.
- Provide ad hoc training / briefing on compliance issues.
- Prepare and Issue monthly reports with the aid of latest information technology.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements
- University graduate.
- At least five years of working experience in the insurance industry, financial institution in compliance or audit area
- Experience in creating meaningful dashboard using data analytics is an advantage
- Intermediate Long Term insurance regulatory requirement knowledge, in particular anti-money laundering andFATCA/CRS knowledge.
- Industry common practices.
- Work independently in reliance on demonstrable problem-solving skills and meticulous reporting.
- Self-motivated and responsive.
- Detail oriented.
- Well organized and good planning skill.
- Efficient and accountable.
- Good internal personal skill and communication skill.
