Contract Senior Officer, Policy Administration (6-month)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist manager to perform risk assessment on life insurance policy
  • Support team to conduct compliance monitoring especially on AML risk
  • Assist in system enhancement project and ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Data cleaning of customer profile
  • Assist manager to perform CDD, AML transaction monitoring and review
  • Retrieve data from various systems to review the client profile and assess the risk level
  • Conduct name screening
  • Handle control reports to ensure quality of operation
  • Provide clerical & operational support to team
  • Perform quality control and ensure it comply with compliance policy and codes of conduct 
  • Assist in projects & company initiatives
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degrees with 5 years related experience
  • Good knowledge of Life business
  • Strong knowledge on AML
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Sound problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Able to lead and drive change with impact
