Customer Care Consultant (General Insurance Hotline)


Job Accountabilities

  • Provide professional customer services to enquiries on products / policies / claims of General Insurance by phone and/or email
  • Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned


Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in hotline environment, preferably in insurance industry
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates with strong interest in developing career in customer services are also welcome; successful candidate may be considered as Customer Care Associate
  • Familiar with General Insurance products is an advantage
  • IIQE licenses holder is preferable but not a must; we will support our employee to obtain IIQE licenses after onboarding
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
