Customer Experience Designer

As a Customer Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating satisfying or compelling experience for our customers, with a primary focus on Self-service experience.

 

Job Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and realize the customer and business needs
  • Support the design of cross-channel customer experience
  • Design wireframes, user journeys, mock-ups, components and prototypes for our digital platforms
  • Able to work independently with strong creative design concepts, positive and good learning attitude
  • Contribute to usability testing planning activities and able to provide usability testing insights
  • Adhere to style and branding standards and be detail focused

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma holder in Interface Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction or related disciplines
  • Fluent in Cantonese and English both written and verbally
  • 5 years solid experience as an CX designer and/or UI/UX designer specializing in web and web portal design experience
  • Strong story-telling skills on layout presentation, decisions and rationale
  • Knowledge of design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge in latest web standards, HTML and CSS
  • A self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of personal accountability
