(Senior) Customer Care Consultant (Life / General Insurance)


Job Accountabilities

  • Provide professional customer services to Life / General Insurance enquiries by phone and/or email
  • Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned


Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in hotline environment, preferably in insurance industry
  • Candidate who has 5 or more years of experience may be considered as Senior Consultant
  • Familiar with Life and/or General Insurance products is an advantage
  • IIQE licenses holder is preferable but not a must; we will support our employee to obtain IIQE licenses after onboarding
  • Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
