Customer Services Consultant (Life / General Insurance)

Job Accountabilities

• Provide professional customer services to Life / General Insurance enquiries by phone and/or email
• Maintain our customer services in good quality to achieve customer satisfaction
• Support ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (HKDSE holder or above) who is interested in developing career in insurance industry
• Experience in customer services and/or knowledge in Life / General Insurance will be an advantage
• IIQE licenses holder is preferable but not a must; we will support our employee to obtain IIQE licenses after onboarding
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
