Senior Officer, Life Direct Channel

Job Accountabilities

  • Support the direct marketing activities to achieve business goals for Zurich Life HK
  • Develop campaign, provide ideas or tactics, manage and execute the campaigns to drive product awareness and sales for new product launch, broker engagement, promote digital initiatives and build relationship throughout the customer life cycle to uplift lifetime value
  • Administer all phases of direct marketing campaign and recommend improvement strategies, and analyze all internal and external data to define new opportunities 
  • Implement standard procedures for campaign management life cycle to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of campaign execution, materials development and obtain formal sign-off from authorities as necessary
  • Be the key representative to participate in user requirement workshop to review and ensure all requirement definitions, processes and rules are correct for implementing the end-to-end journey for Direct Marketing Campaign, conduct and sign-off UAT
  • Work with analytic team and operations to define target selection criteria, perform data quality check before launch, report campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs

 

Job Qualifications

  • University graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in developing, executing and optimizing sales or database marketing campaigns with budget and planning responsibilities, preferably in insurance industry
  • Experience in design thinking or passionate to create good customer journey
  • A good communicator with strong project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technique and technology
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans and campaigns that drive high ROI
  • Excellent analytical skills to drive meaningful actions from various data sources and data sets 
  • Working knowledge of Mainland social media is an advantage (e.g. WeChat, QQ, etc.)
