Distribution Support Specialist (Life Insurance)

Job Accountabilities

  • Ensure enquiries from all channels received from IFAs are managed and resolved with customer-centric mindset in high quality standard
  • Manage complaints and ensure all the cases received are adequately investigated, follow through and settled upon customers' satisfaction
  • Provide support to IFAs and internal stakeholders in acquiring new business
  • Prepare the client reports accurately and timely
  • Support project related tasks and ad-hoc assignment, such as system UAT, marketing campaign, product launch, etc.

 

Job Qualifications

  • Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer servicing role in insurance or financial service industries
  • Good knowledge of Life insurance products and operations
  • Qualification in IIQE 1, 3 and 5 is desirable
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight timeline
  • Good communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese plus basic Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Offices, e.g. Words, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
