Intern, Digital / Web Experience


Job Responsibilities

  • Create and update webpages with help of modern content management systems (CMS) with user experience in mind at all times
  • Assist with continuous improvement of UI/UX by conducting research, such as doing competitor comparison, collecting market reference and evaluating Zurich’s own available capabilities
  • Assist with SEO and involve heavily in content audit, keyword research, competitive analysis and content update
  • Assist other tasks related to digital content, innovation and technology as required


Job Requirements

  • Basic understanding in enterprise-level website CMS, such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager is an absolute advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Google Search Console
  • Elementary knowledge in HTML and CSS knowledge is highly preferred
  • Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and is preferred
  • Prior experience in project management with relevant knowledge in relevant tools (e.g. JIRA) is a plus
