Intern (Digital Experience & Analytics, UI/UX)

Zurich Hong Kong is looking for a digitally savvy Intern to join our quickly evolving Digital Team. The right candidateshould be well-versed in the current technologies in digital content delivery, have a strong customer-centric mindsetand eager to initiate new ideas.

Job Responsibilties:

• Create and update webpages with help of modern content management systems (CMS). By collaborating withUX Design Team, propose and deliver customer-centric web experiences.
• Assist with search engine optimization. Involve in content audit, keyword research, competitor analysis andcontent update to capture organic traffic opportunities.
• Assist with data analytics of Zurich’s web platforms, extract insights to better customer experience and supportbusiness objectives.
• Create dashboards to help stakeholders visualize key metrics with ease.
• Conduct other tasks related to digital content, innovation and technology, with a focus on conducting researchand presenting executional plans related to these areas to team leads, with the objective of driving performanceand efficiency.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (major/concentration in Marketing or Digital Marketing), ComputerScience, or any related majors.
• Basic understanding in page building, UX and customer journey.
• Elementary knowledge in HTML and CSS knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in SEO tools e.g. Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush or Moz is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Google Search Console is an advantage.
• Prior experience in project management with relevant knowledge in relevant tools (e.g. JIRA) is also anadvantage.
• Solid foundation and strong interest in search engine optimization (SEO), with an intention to develop the skillsfurther.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
