Manager, Distribution & Product Engagement

Job Accountabilities

• Lead the implementation of product marketing initiatives, from concept to execution.  This includes formulating creative concepts, developing visuals, managing content and communicating through third-party distribution channels such as IFA and brokers
• Provide comprehensive product distribution support to the production of materials (e.g. product brochures, product videos, sales enablement tools, social media content / advertorials) and launch events
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties to foster seamless collaboration and achieve shared objectives
• Responsible for brokerage campaign management and work closely with Marketing team and Business Development Managers to ensure the smooth operation of campaign
• Develop and executive comprehensive brokage event that align with overall objectives and business goals
• Coordinate the logistics for all events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling event messaging, content and collateral materials
• Oversee on-site event execution to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for attendees
• Support the function enhancement of mobile app and conduct the ongoing update on different communication and promotion to the app
• Analyze and boost mobile app usage via different campaigns and promotion

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business discipline
• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in Life insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and project management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Offices, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
