Officer, Marketing & Communications

Job Responsibilities

  • Support internal communications, brand and social media campaigns
  • Manage product/sales/brand campaign activities
  • Lead/contribute to the development of marketing material and staff/customer communications to ensure quality and proper branding to achieve business objectives
  • Plan, manage and execute the efficient flow of work from conception to design to launch
  • Manage CSR and staff events as project manager and work in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage digital platforms for internal and external, including but not limited to Intranet, Workplace by Facebook, Facebook, Instargem, Wechat etc.
  • Provide copywriting, translation and proofreading support
  • Provide innovative ideas and constructive solutions

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with 1-2 year of experience in Marketing or Corporate Communications or PR
  • Knowledge on insurance, banking and financial services or agency experience is an advantage
  • Good consumer and business writing
  • Digital and social media
  • Project management and presentation skill
  • Legal and compliance
  • MS Office savvy and Chinese word processing
  • Basic graphic/video editing with Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
