Senior Business Development Manager (General Insurance)


Job Summary

  • Acquire partnership and affinity with main focus on proposition to General Insurance business 
  • Formulate strategies and develop General Insurance proposition, hunt, pitch and acquire affinity partners with the aim to achieve business target


Job Accountabilities

  • Achieve business targets of assigned channel and affinity partners also for New Business growth  
  • Acquire new partners and set up with sustainable business model
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop General Insurance propositions
  • Explore, search, pitch and negotiate with partners in details of campaigns, terms and conditions and customer offers etc.


Job Qualifications

  • Over 8 years of working experience in insurance business development and marketing
  • Solid experiences in dealing with different commercial partners or associations
  • Entrepreneur spirit, can-do attitude, and good problem-solving skills
  • A hard-working team player, enthusiastic and adaptable
  • Must be fluent in Cantonese, good in English, both written and spoken; Mandarin is desirable
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft, Powerpoint
