Senior Officer, Policy Admin

Job Responsibilities :

1. Conduct transaction monitoring and investigate suspicious transactions/alerts identified through system, consolidate information and prepare email for manager approval
2. Perform CDD, EDD, AML transaction monitoring for onboarding, change in circumstances and payout cases
3. Review AML daily, monthly and annual reports to identify suspicious transaction and consolidate information for escalation to Compliance Dept.
4. Data cleaning of customer profile
5. Retrieve data from various systems to manual calculate the AML risk score
6. Provide clerical & operational support to team
7. Perform quality control and ensure it comply with compliance policy and codes of conduct 
8. Assist in projects & company initiatives
9. Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by manager

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degrees with 5 years related experience
2. Good knowledge of Life business
3. Strong knowledge on AML
4. Good interpersonal and people management skills
5. Sound problem solving skill
6. Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
7. Able to lead and drive change with impact
