Technical Lead, Digital Solutions


Job Accountabilities

  • Evaluate the new digital solutions and define the architecture of the new solutions to support business growth
  • Plan and control the system design, development, testing and implementation of new solutions, as well as managing all technical related activities
  • Contribute to the development of processes and lead the implementation of systems and process improvements in infrastructure / BC&IT / architecture; ensure IT solutions align with medium-term business objectives and advise the advanced technology options to the business
  • Support the Dev Ops Framework and delivery teams in the adoption of the Dev Ops framework and change towards a more agile and innovative Development Architecture
  • Engage internal and external stakeholder to facilitate the change process and provide technical leadership in the design and development of new IT solution
  • Provide guidance, training and evaluation to the application developers


Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MNC environment, preferably in insurance industry
  • Hands on experience in Java, Angular JS and Angular II, and/or Microsoft .NET Tech Stack technologies
  • Expert level competence and experience in Web Services (REST & SOAP Web Services) and openAPI concept
  • Good understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Affinity to exploration of new technologies and cloud solutions
  • Sold experience in digital transformation projects using Agile methodologies and Dev Ops in complex environment
  • Knowledge of Power Platform and Azure application is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
