Zurich Cover More is seeking a Team Leader to join our Group in Stevens Point Wisconsin or Houston Texas.

Travel Guard is currently seeking a Team Leader for our American Express Global Assist Department to assist our management team with the day-to-day operations and play a vital role in employee development.  This position will supervise and monitor representatives on a daily/weekly/monthly schedule, provide performance feedback, assist representatives as needed and will handle supervisory calls.

Basic Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong time management skills

- Professional verbal/written communication skills

- The ability to work well with people at all levels.

- Applicants must have leadership experience OR one year experience working with Travel Guard/American Express products.

Job Details

- Full Time including rotating weekends.

- 2nd shift available including a shift differential of $3/hour for nights and weekends.

- Hybrid work model
