Zurich Cover More is seeking a WSC US Travel Insurance Sales Professional to join our group in North America.

The World Service Center manages in-coming calls from travelers and travel advisors interested in learning about our travel insurance products and will provide insurance quotes or policy sales to our customers. Our professional staff utilizes a consultative sales approach to learn about the traveler’s needs and recommend an appropriate product to protect against risks associated with their upcoming travel. The sales representative will educate customers on what travel insurance is along with the benefits and coverages of the products designed to support the client’s unique travel plans.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• A record of providing outstanding customer service (1+ years preferred)
• Ability to solve complex problems within an established protocol of procedures and possible solutions
• Ability to think outside the box
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks
• Ability to respond to high end clientele with professionalism
• International travel experience and geography knowledge is helpful
• Proven experience in customer support or the travel industry is a plus

Job Details

• Full Time including rotating weekends.
• 1st and 2nd shift available including a shift differential of $3/hour for nights and weekends.
• Salary $18.00-$20.00/hr dependent upon experience
• Hybrid work model
• Location: Stevens Point, WI and Houston, TX
