Account Manager

Job Summary

To undertake sales activities in the Business Unit ensuring the delivery of sales and marketing targets. Manage and develop the distribution partners and relationships to deliver growth and profit metrics in health insurance business.

Job Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• 3-4 years of experience in Sales or Marketing in Insurance Industry.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations, strong analytical thinking, and presentation skill.
• Ability to work in a team, manage pressure, and meet targets.

Preferred:

• Experienced in insurance industry and good product knowledge in health insurance.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

• Manage and develop; new and or existing distribution partner; renewal business and relationships.
• Responsible for delivery of own sales and business performance targets set for distribution partners.
• Achieve individual GWP targets and increase new business.
• Manage complaints/handle complaints and monitor service SLA.
• Conduct analysis and cost containment programs together with intermediaries/agencies/companies.
• Monitor performance of assigned distributors against set expectations, identify performance gaps, define actions or make recommendations to the organization's leadership.
• Evaluate distribution relationships in order to drive strategy, maximum new business and retention.
• Complete evaluation of panel in order to drive maximum penetration-profit.
