Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agency onboarding
  • Experience in the insurance industry or a related field is preferred.

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Reviewing new agent application document for onboarding process. 
  • Ensuring that candidate are meet agency standard qualification. 
  • Coordinate with related department (Actuary, risk, Legal and Compliance) regarding agent onboarding process. 
  • Ensure that all financing contract already proper with company qualification standard. 
  • Maintenance and Monitoring Financing Budget.
