Agency Distribution & Event Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the agency's performance and market presence. This role involves analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with the agency's objectives. The manager will lead a team to execute strategies that drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the agency insurance industry, with a focus on strategic planning and management.
  • Proven track record of success in a managerial role, preferably within an insurance agency or company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies specific to the insurance sector.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans.
  • Willingness to travel as required for business purposes

Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and improve agency performance.
  • Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align strategies and optimize performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports on strategic initiatives and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulators.
